Location: LA Nickels Golf Course, Columbia, MO

Description: Start with Continental Breakfast, Shotgun start at 10:00am.
Individual golfers $90.00, Teams $360.00, Great prizes, Sponsorships available - Hole Sponsors and Beverage Sponsors.
Registration can be done by mailing form and check or faxing form with credit card information to office.
